Residential Building Repair Expert Wanted
Are you a seasoned professional with experience in managing residential building repair projects? Do you have strong project management skills and the ability to oversee trade activities while maintaining high-quality work?
This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as a Supervisor/Assessor. You will be responsible for assessing, reporting, and quoting for repairs, establishing the scope of works, and overseeing trade activities.
As a key member of our team, you will possess:
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites required.
- Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
