We are seeking a Supervisor/Assessor to manage a portfolio of building repair projects across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onsite meetings with clients, assess and report on repairs, and establish the scope of works.">
  • Liaise with trades and allocate schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.">
  • Provide updates to insurance companies, homeowners, and internal stakeholders.">
  • Oversee trade activities to maintain high-quality and safe work standards.">

Requirements:

  • QBCC Site Supervisor license (or ability to obtain).">
  • Previous experience supervising multi-trade construction sites required.">
  • Intermediate-level computer literacy and knowledge of estimating/project management software.">
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and OHS standards.">
