Senior Portfolio Recovery Specialist

Liaising with external consultants and internal departments is essential for effective collaboration.
Supporting colleagues by sharing knowledge, assisting with escalations, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment is vital for success.
Requirements:
- Approaching every conversation with calmness and empathy
- Prior banking or lending experience, especially involving recoveries or collections
- Specialized knowledge in corporate recovery and insolvency practices is an asset
- Natural problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, being organized, detail-oriented, confident navigating complex situations
