Due to growth within our company, we are seeking a motivated and eager **Recoveries Specialist** to come on board and join our supportive, collaborative and hardworking team Ideally you will come from a similar role and will have experience in areas such as loss adjusting, property or motor claims recoveries.

We are looking for a talented communicator who will engage well with key internal and external stakeholders. This role will be an integral part of the team and is a **full time** position currently available in Brisbane.

**Day to day duties of the role will include**:

- End to end management of the recoveries process within a portfolio of claims;
- Communicate with all stakeholders (internal and external) effectively and efficiently;
- Negotiate the recovery of claims (both insured and uninsured);
- Focus on the timely recovery of monies whilst at the same time maximising the recovery potential;
- Ensure the appropriate recording of work via relevant systems and processes;
- Ad-hoc administration and other team support as required.

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Experience in a similar role (mandatory);
- Motor vehicle claims management preferred;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communications;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Knowledge of legal and court processes;
- Intermediate PC skills.
