We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven accountant to fill a senior insolvency role within our company. As a Senior Insolvency Accountant, you will be actively involved in a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of formal insolvency appointments, including trade-on management, asset realisations, and statutory compliance.">
  2. Assist senior staff on advisory and informal engagements, such as Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and turnaround assignments.">
  3. Conduct detailed financial analysis, investigations, and reporting to identify key issues and potential recoveries.">
  4. Prepare clear and concise reports, recommendations, and correspondence for creditors, financiers, directors, and other stakeholders.">
  5. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, legal advisors, banks, and other relevant parties.">
  6. Ensure meticulous accuracy and compliance in maintaining working papers and case files.">
  7. Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.">
  • About You:">

We are looking for an ambitious and analytical individual with a strong interest in the field of insolvency and restructuring. To be successful, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of direct experience working within Corporate Insolvency and/or Restructuring in an accounting firm environment.">
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., Accounting, Commerce, Finance).">
  • A current study towards or completion of your CA or CPA qualification.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.">
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.">
  • Adaptability and resilience to manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting.">
