Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the responsibility of resolving troubled and impaired accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of impaired accounts and collaborate with customers, internal, and external stakeholders to maximize recovery of troubled loans.
  • Develop tailored solutions that balance customer care with business outcomes for complex and sensitive customer accounts.
  • Engage with customers over the phone, identify hardship triggers, and work with key stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records for transparency and accountability while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
  • Previous banking or lending experience, especially involving recoveries or collections.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including liaising with external consultants and internal departments.
  • Natural problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously to meet established and forecast deadlines.
