As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring product availability and cost efficiency within your commercial area. You will work closely with internal teams to provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers.
- Manage phone and email correspondence with key customers, always ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Deliver or exceed KPIs targets (OTIF, returns, call centre performance, claims resolution) for the assigned markets
- Performing tasks relating to those functions including report creation, system updates, inbound freight analysis, order management and learning Power BI tools
- Participating in team meetings, develop inter-personal skills by liaising with the Commercial ANZ team
- Take full ownership of the Customer Service email inbox and the inbound AU phone queue.
- Experience with SAP
- Strong excel skills
- Experience and or knowledge within a Supply Chain function
- Experience within FMCG or FMCG preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
