Job Title: Service Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Solve key issues for customers, using effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Act as a champion for customer satisfaction, taking concerns seriously before they arise.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage exchanges and returns efficiently, minimizing disruption to the customer.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Previous call center experience is beneficial, but not required.
