Service Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Community Services Consultant.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client eligibility and suitability for services.
- Identify risks and vulnerabilities, connecting callers to internal and external specialist teams based on needs.
- Provide support in navigating government funding systems, such as the NDIS and My Aged Care.
- Conduct referral/intake support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of the sector, and experience working in call centers or similar environments.
