Job Overview\

We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager to drive transformative change across policy, operational, and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans using structured frameworks to support project needs.\
  • Lead effective communication activities to engage stakeholders and ensure informed decision-making.\
  • Conduct impact and stakeholder analyses to understand change requirements.\
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip users with new skills and knowledge.\
  • Build and leverage relationships with senior leaders and colleagues to foster collaboration and coordination.\
  • Assess user readiness for change and adjust plans accordingly.\
  • Risks and issues: Report potential risks and problems associated with change initiatives.\
  • Define and measure success metrics to evaluate adoption rates, performance improvements, and satisfaction scores.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in organizational change management.\
  • Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities, and manage competing demands.\
  • Demonstrated track record of building change-management capability within a group.
