Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Change Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and managing change and release functions across various departments.

The Change Management Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Establishing release policies for the organization, considering both development and production/operations contexts.
  • Implementing processes, tools, and resources to ensure that service transitions, component changes, and package updates are well-planned and compliant.
  • Ensuring that test, validation, and configuration management are integral components of all release and deployment activities.
  • Providing authorization for critical release activities and serving as a point of escalation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing process updates, collaborating with clients to improve services, enhancing alignment to customer processes for change management and release management. They will also consult and coach change requesters, coordinators, implementers, and project teams.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in managing process updates and collaborating with clients to improve services, enhance alignment to customer processes for change management and release management.
  • Consulting and coaching change requesters, coordinators, implementers, and project teams.
  • Management and oversight of the Forward Schedule of Change across the enterprise or customer enterprise.
  • Liaising with the customer interface for operational and compliance improvements, including SLA exceptions and Service Improvement Plans.
  • Managing all logged Requests for Change (RFC) using the change management toolset.
