Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to fill open positions within supply chain logistics.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit available roles.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering and proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering.
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in ATS software.
  • Ongoing ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and continuously improve knowledge, skills and abilities.

This is a part-time role requiring 1-2 days per week with a competitive hourly rate of $60. Work in a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.
