Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels across multiple warehouses, managing enquiries from buyers and suppliers, running daily reports, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our inventory manager and branch network to achieve business objectives.

If you have strong organisational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for supply chain management, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels across multiple warehouses
  • Co-ordinate and manage logistics and transportation activities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with the inventory manager and branch network to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supply chain or logistics role
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
