**About the Role**

As a Visual Merchandising Assistant, you will work alongside the team to enhance customer shopping experiences by creating impactful visual displays.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing visual strategies that bring our brand identity to life.
  • Creating in-store displays that maximize sales opportunities for specific products or promotions.
  • Maintaining fixtures and equipment in line with industry standards.
  • Setting up promotional collateral throughout the store.
  • Identifying opportunities to further enhance our visual impact.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Visual Merchandising or Design (completed or currently studying).
  • Experience working in a similar retail environment.
  • Creative skills and attention to detail, with a focus on identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in an active environment where no two days are the same.
