**Visual Merchandising Expertise**

We are a leading global retailer seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to drive store sales and profit through exceptional visual presentation.

**Job Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing store sales and profit by executing creative visual merchandising directives and maintaining outstanding store presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing in-store creative concepts, including windows and mannequins, to deliver world-class shopping experiences
  • Conducting daily walk-throughs with store management to plan VM actions and ensure alignment with company standards
  • Analysing range, product mix, and stock reports to inform VM decisions and optimize product placement
  • Supporting store managers and management teams in maintaining best practice and driving company standards
  • Inspiring and training the store-based team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

**Requirements**

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a Visual Merchandiser role, preferably in a fashion retailer environment
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and brands
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures in a rapidly growing business
