About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising professional to play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by curating our world-class offerings.

  • Develop and implement visually appealing displays that bring the brand direction to life, maximising sale opportunities for specific products or promotions.
  • Maintain fixtures and equipment in line with safety standards, ensuring a premium retail environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to set up promotional collateral throughout the store, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to further develop our visual impact, staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the greater team to ensure we are a premium retail destination of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies across multiple product categories.
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the store.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in visual merchandising, applying innovative ideas to drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including buying teams and marketing departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing visual merchandising strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
