About the Role:
  • Develop and implement visually appealing window and in-store displays that drive sales and enhance brand image.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation standards, including VM guidelines and stock management.
  • Collaborate with the Store Management Team to identify merchandising opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Achieve excellence in window presentation through installation of window schemes, stock changes, housekeeping, and maintenance of windows.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install and maintain in-store and window visual merchandising concepts that meet company standards.
  2. Apply and interpret visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency across all stores and concession pads.
  3. Work closely with the Store Management Team to achieve visual excellence and provide feedback on store presentation.
  4. Conduct regular visual audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of visual merchandising activities, including installations, stock management, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion apparel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
