About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our APAC sales team and drive growth in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to sales team members

About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in a multinational organization
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the APAC region
