Role Overview

ICT Support Officer Position Summary

This role is responsible for providing technical support to staff and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

The ICT Support Officer will be a key member of our Head Office team, responsible for troubleshooting both Windows and macOS systems, as well as supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS).

They will have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, as well as an understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as they will need to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-the-ground tech support for our HQ team and corporate functions.
  • Troubleshoot IT hardware, including laptops, desktop stations, monitors, video conferencing equipment, and printers.
  • Support SaaS applications used across the business and liaise with third-party vendors to resolve system issues.
  • Monitor cybersecurity risks and take proactive action to mitigate them.
  • Manage the office network environment, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
  • Ensure SOX-compliant user access provisioning and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with tech trends and bring innovative support ideas to the table.
