Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will provide top-notch technical support and assistance to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, documenting client requests, and escalating when necessary. You will also serve as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests, resolving server, desktop, and network issues, and configuring and deploying workstations and other hardware.

You will work closely with vendors and third parties to resolve client issues, and provide accurate documentation of all interactions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support and assistance to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all client interactions and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third parties to resolve client issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange, O365, Hyper-V, Server & Network management.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals.
