About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver top-notch technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for small to medium-sized businesses in the area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner

• Perform system maintenance, updates, and upgrades

• Monitor network performance and implement security measures

• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate within the team to ensure seamless service delivery

• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Support role, or ability to demonstrate IT proficiency with a willingness to learn and upskill quickly

• Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting

• Working knowledge of Microsoft products and cloud-based technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong willingness to learn and grow

• Effective communication and customer service abilities
