Technical Support Specialist

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in providing technical support and customer service.

About the Role

The Workplace Services team is looking for a skilled technical specialist to join their Gold Coast location, supporting locations across Australia. As a collaborative team focused on Customer Success, you will be working closely with other specialists to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support and customer service;
  • Deliver customer-oriented services with strong communication skills;
  • Utilise ITSM software & phone queues for interactions, requests, incidents, problem, change and escalations, following aligned processes, focusing on Service Level Agreements;
  • Create & maintain current processes, procedures & knowledge articles for efficient & effective support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience providing desktop support in a large commercial environment;
  • Professional communication skills with diverse audience ability;
  • Effective time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Customer service experience with focus on excellent delivery;
  • Strong, independent problem-solving methodology including root cause analysis;
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Retail/POS environments, EFTPOS and peripherals support, Microsoft Active Directory, IOS, Windows 10 and 11, Exchange mail connectivity & Exchange 365 Hybrid Mode, MDM would be advantageous.
