Your Role:
As a key member of our team at Siemens Healthineers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. You will be responsible for interpreting and communicating regulatory EHS requirements, developing strategies for compliance, and identifying and managing EHS risks.
Your expertise will be essential in ensuring adherence to ISO 45001/14001 standards, supporting organizational training programs, and overseeing injury management and return-to-work processes. You will also be responsible for facilitating EHS audit and inspection programs, monitoring and analyzing key EHS performance indicators, and investigating incidents with corrective actions.
Your Expertise:
We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a Work Health and Safety role or professional students in the final stages of completing their qualifications in Work Health and Safety. A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher) is preferred. You will have technical knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation and a proven track record of implementing sound practices within organizations.
