About Our Organization

The Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out in an effective and efficient manner. This involves managing weekly timesheets and payroll, processing invoices and purchase orders, conducting contractor qualification management and site access control.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing weekly timesheets and payroll to ensure timely payment of employees
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders to maintain accurate financial records
  • Conducting contractor qualification management and site access control to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing financial reporting and administration support to the operations manager

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with invoicing and purchase orders
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite and related ERP systems
