  • Manage invoice and purchase order requirements through meticulous 3-way matching processes.
  • Oversee payroll and address payroll queries with precision.
  • Provide high-level administration support to operations managers.
  • Conduct comprehensive site inductions for new personnel.
  • Assist transport teams with compliance by conducting logbook checks.
  • Drive process improvements and review current systems for enhanced efficiency.
About You
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with invoicing and purchase orders.
  • Intermediate computer skills with a strong focus on Excel expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related ERP systems.
  • Suitable qualifications or experience to perform the requirements of the role.
  • Demonstrated administrative work experience.
