Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to acquire new customers and engage existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customer-centric marketing strategies driven by data and insights.
  • Execute marketing strategies across above and below the line channels, including email, owned digital channels, search, and social media.
  • Ensure marketing strategies are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with our Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and demonstrate how they deliver commercial results for the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with end-to-end, integrated campaign delivery with accountability across strategy development and execution.
  • Strong 1:1 customer communications experience with below the line channels, especially email, SMS, and owned digital channels.
  • Demonstrated experience working with creative and media teams to deliver above the line campaigns.
  • The ability to work across multiple complex campaigns simultaneously and deliver to tight timelines.
  • Track record of building strong relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Highly developed project management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to track and demonstrate ROI.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving and growth mindset.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a marketing generalist or marketing communications role.
  • Experience in financial services preferred but not essential.
