About This Role:

We are seeking a Workforce Expert to support our Human Resources operations. In this position, you will contribute to promoting employee wellbeing strategies, assist employees on their return-to-work journey, and undertake general HR responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the balanced health and wellbeing of all staff members
  • Assist employees in their return-to-work journey, providing guidance and resources as needed
  • Maintain employee relations and handle industrial matters with professionalism
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with external stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain confidential employee records and prepare relevant reports
  • Contribute to HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking
What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven experience in employee wellbeing, engagement, or a similar HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of employee wellbeing frameworks, mental health, and workplace wellness
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, conflict management, and performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships and trust across all levels of staff
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
