Employee Relations ExpertAbout the Role:

We are seeking an Employee Relations Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in employee relations, employee wellbeing and general HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key contact for employee relations matters
  • Support a balanced outcome for all parties in relation to interpreting HR policies and employment law
  • Work collaboratively with the Employee Health and Wellbeing Specialist on employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Provide support with general HR functions, including recruitment and HR administration
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an employee relations or HR role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance, mediate disputes and negotiate to achieve business outcomes
  • Genuine passion for employees' wellbeing and organisational culture
