Health and Wellbeing Specialist Role

Join our team as a Health and Wellbeing Specialist to support the balanced health and wellbeing of all staff. You will be responsible for assisting employees on their return to work journey, supporting the Employee Relations Specialist with industrial matters, communicating and liaising with external stakeholders, collaborating and creating connection with cross-functional teams, maintaining confidential employee records, preparing relevant reports, and assisting in the administration of HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the health and wellbeing of all staff
  • Assist employees on their return to work journey
  • Support the Employee Relations Specialist with industrial matters
  • Communicate and liaise with external stakeholders
  • Collaborate and create connection with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain confidential employee records and prepare relevant reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in employee wellbeing, employee engagement or similar HR role
  • In-depth understanding of employee wellbeing frameworks, mental health and workplace wellness
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict management and performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic, proactive and skilled at building relationships and trust across all staff levels
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
