Job Summary

Our Senior Workforce Specialist plays a pivotal role in promoting staff wellbeing, supporting their return to work journey and collaborating with employee relations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating a positive and inclusive culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote the health and wellbeing of all staff members
  • Support employees on their return to work journey and facilitate a smooth transition back to work
  • Collaborate with the employee relations specialist on industrial matters as required
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Maintain confidential employee records and prepare relevant reports
  • Assist with HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking
About You:
  • Proven experience in employee wellbeing, engagement or similar HR roles
  • In-depth understanding of wellbeing frameworks, mental health, and workplace wellness principles
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict management, and performance management strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic, proactive, and skilled at building relationships and trust across all levels
