Senior Aged Care Leader Role

This position is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians. As a senior aged care leader, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical, operational, and team leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and values-aligned care for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving occupancy, budget performance, and care excellence

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in aged care or a Strong Clinical Management background
  • Sound understanding of compliance, accreditation, and AN-ACC
  • Confidence managing budgets, occupancy, and KPIs
  • A leadership style that is collaborative, respectful, and values-driven
