Job Title

Property Valuations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuations Lead for a 15-month maternity leave contract. You'll play a critical role managing the end-to-end property valuation process across a diversified national portfolio, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external valuers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the property valuation process across the national portfolio
  • Partner with external valuers and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely valuations
  • Analyse valuation results and provide commercial insights for senior management
  • Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, and Investment teams to drive strategic decisions
  • Ensure valuations comply with all regulatory, industry, and internal standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related discipline
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or equivalent highly regarded
  • Solid experience in commercial property valuations (office, industrial, retail, or healthcare assets)
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modelling capability, and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
