Job Title:

Pricing and Valuations Specialist

This is a critical role that plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations.

The Opportunity

This is a 15-month fixed term contract, full time position. As Pricing and Valuations Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the external valuation program, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
  • Coordinating the internal valuation program and working closely with performance analysts.
  • Presentation of valuation results to stakeholders and provision of strategic insights.
  • Maintenance of property forecast models and support for analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
  • Advising on Asset Plans, Business Plans, and contribution to group initiatives and process improvements.
  • Building strong market relationships and provision of technical expertise on property-related matters.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property discipline.
  • Strong understanding of investment-grade for retail property markets.
  • Experience with listed and unlisted property funds management.
  • Skilled in running and interpreting cash-flow modelling systems.
