Valuation Specialist Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Valuation Specialist to lead and manage the end-to-end property valuation process across a diversified national portfolio.

This 15-month contract will provide a unique opportunity to partner closely with internal stakeholders and external valuers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the property valuation process across the national portfolio
  • Partner with external valuers and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely valuations
  • Analyse valuation results and provide commercial insights for senior management
  • Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, and Investment teams to drive strategic decisions
  • Ensure valuations comply with all regulatory, industry, and internal standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related discipline
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or equivalent highly regarded
  • Solid experience in commercial property valuations
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modelling capability, and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
