SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIESE

  • Conduct thorough property risk assessments across a diverse range of asset types, including residential, commercial, development, and specialised properties.

  • Perform desktop valuations on properties nationwide, ensuring accuracy and consistency in line with market standards.

  • Support mortgage transactions by providing property risk insights that guide sound lending decisions.

  • Coordinate and liaise with external valuers to ensure timely and high-quality valuation reports.

  • Review and analyse valuation reports with a keen eye for detail, ensuring they meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Research and monitor property market trends, providing timely insights to inform the broader team and contribute to risk management.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Prefer 2 to 5 years' experience working in property valuation

  • No experience in finance/ lending required

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly

  • High attention to detail

  • PR or Australian Citizen
