Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Outside School Hours Care Service. This dynamic and fast-paced environment offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and deliver high-quality activities for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the service, maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Plan and execute engaging activities for children, creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Ensure child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting are at the forefront of all activities.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options that cater to diverse dietary requirements.
  • Develop and maintain inclusive relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the wider community.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Children's Services, Early Childhood, or School Aged Care (or equivalent qualification).
  • Current Employee Working with Children's Checks, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training, and Child Protection Training Certificate.
