  • Oversee the daily operations of the designated Food & Beverage outlet.">
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.">
  • Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team.">
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff.">
  • Create and optimise rosters to meet service and budget targets.">
  • Drive revenue opportunities through promotions and upselling.">
  • Maintain cost control to maximise profitability.">
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new policies and procedures.">
">Key Skills and Qualifications:">

Affinity for hospitality and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality or operational leadership role.">
  • Proven ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced environments.">
  • Bar and barista skills highly desirable.">
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.">
  • Experience in rostering, ordering, and stock control.">
  • Proficiency with POS systems.">
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism.">
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.">
