**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Payroll Operations Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of payroll strategies across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of payroll processes, covering both monthly and weekly paid employees, across various sectors. Your expertise in payroll legislation, policy, and enterprise agreements will be instrumental in translating these into payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to lead and develop a small team of local payroll experts. You will also have experience in coaching and training offshore teams, as well as providing payroll expertise to non-SAP markets in Oceania.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Solid Payroll Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing payroll operations in a dynamic environment.

- Payroll Legislation Expertise: Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation, including Enterprise Agreements.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including remote team members.

- Leadership and Coaching Skills: Experience in leading and developing a team, as well as coaching and training offshore teams.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP, SuccessFactors, and Kronos, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
