We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee payroll operations, driving high-quality and efficient transactional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of payroll specialists to deliver timely and accurate payrolls
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to ensure deadlines are met and payroll services are delivered with accuracy
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement and strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals
  • Ensure thorough sign-off for all pay runs and collaborate with the payroll team to maintain well-governed processes
  • Monitor performance using metrics and benchmarks, and advocate for data-driven decision making

About You:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership experience, including staff management and development
  • Strong understanding of legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll processing and administration
  • Able to communicate effectively and accurately
  • Previous experience in high-volume environments
