**Job Overview**:

As a skilled thumbnail designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing thumbnails for Minecraft videos.

We are seeking an experienced designer who can replicate our unique style and help bring thumbnails to life by following brief instructions, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, and having knowledge/experience of Minecraft.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2+ years of experience in Minecraft thumbnails and Photoshop, as well as a solid understanding of visual design principles for thumbnails.

Responsibilities will include designing thumbnails that meet the brief, efficiently implementing feedback, and collaborating with other team members to generate the best designs possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 1-2+ years of experience in Minecraft thumbnails and Photoshop.
  • Experience and understanding of visual design principles for thumbnails.
  • Great communication and accountability skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Minecraft, social media, and pop-culture trends.
