Thumbnails Designer for YouTube Videos

Role Overview:
\We're seeking a talented thumbnail designer to create engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos.
\Responsibilities will include developing creative concepts, visual design, image selection and enhancement, text integration, brand consistency, testing and optimization, trend awareness, collaboration, feedback implementation, coordination with packaging team, and effective time management.
\Requirements:
\We're looking for someone with 1-2+ years of experience in creating IRL thumbnails using Photoshop, who understands visual design principles, composition, and color theory. A portfolio or previous experience demonstrating proficiency in creating various thumbnail styles is required.
\Strong communication skills and accountability are essential when working with team members. Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and understand/ implement feedback to improve thumbnail quality is necessary.
\Possessing knowledge about creating realistic-looking thumbnails and being flexible with adjusting to changes in deadlines and creating emergency thumbnails is desirable.
\Able to understand and continuously improve skills and work quality is mandatory.
