Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive excitement through social media, events, and creator collaborations. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our headquarters.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our social marketing strategy, managing content creator partnerships and influencer campaigns, creating social content calendars, coordinating events, and building and fostering community collaboration.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage content creator partnerships and influencer campaigns to authentically boost brand and product awareness.
  • Create engaging social content calendars and platform-specific stories to stay on the latest trends in digital storytelling.
  • Coordinate events to drive the company's presence at key events, ensuring brand impact and measurable ROI.
  • Build and foster community collaboration and growth of community partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong practical experience in automotive/motorsport marketing and/or content creation.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling flair, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Creative ambition, organized, adaptive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
