Brand and Sponsorship Specialist
About the Role:The Brand and Sponsorship Specialist will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the delivery of our sponsorship strategies and brand campaigns. This individual will be responsible for managing events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives to promote our brands and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive event and sponsorship management for major sponsorships, including partnerships with prominent racing teams and other high-profile events.
- Develop and execute event activations that create memorable experiences for fans, customers, and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver impactful brand campaigns across various channels.
- Ensure consistent brand management and develop innovative ways to bring our brands to life.
- Support reporting and analysis of brand and sponsorship investments.
- A passion for motorsport and a desire to contribute to the success of our iconic brands.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in sponsorship or brand marketing, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Understanding of data-led marketing and ability to analyze trends and results to inform business decisions.
