We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sponsorship or brand marketing professional who is passionate about motorsport and has a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, complex environment. If you have a passion for delivering successful branding strategies and managing relationships, then this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive event and sponsorship management for major sponsorships, including Repco Supercars Championship partnerships and Supercars teams.
  • Bring to life event activations – working with partners to create memorable experiences for fans, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Be a key part of building and delivering major brand campaigns for Repco and NAPA.
  • Ensure brand consistency, finding new ways to bring brands to life.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing and business teams to build marketing that connects.
  • Support reporting and analysis of brand and sponsorship investments.
Requirements:

  • Experience (2-3 years) in sponsorship or brand marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
