Customer Enrolment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Optimise the enrolment system platform (Kidsoft) to enhance the experience for our stakeholders.
- Process management of centralised enrolments, including policy development, pain point identification, and efficiency opportunities.
- Project manage continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to drive success.
- Develop partnership management plans with local authorities to optimise enrolment opportunities.
- Ensure weekly reporting provides insights into pipeline and enrolments across Sessional Kinder and Long Day Care.
- At least 5 years of enrolment experience at scale, combined with customer service expertise.
- A high-level understanding of customer experience frameworks and customer journeys.
- Experience working in customer relationship systems and building connected ecosystems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Comfortable with AI and its applications to improve enrolment experiences.
