Business Development Manager Role Overview

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our National Team in the Newcastle and Hunter region. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business and maximizing cross-sell opportunities for General Insurance products.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with a team of ambitious professionals, leveraging their exceptional communication and negotiation skills to cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead from the front, motivate a team, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
