We are seeking an experienced wine professional to join our dynamic wine team as a Wine Expert.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate on a curated selection of local and international wines, beers, aperitifs, and spirits.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of wine, with the ability to assess and recommend wine pairings for culinary offerings.
  • Provide exceptional service and guidance to customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Work effectively across various roles, including section waiting, with experience as a section waiter preferred.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert palate and ability to assess wine thoroughly.
