Our Wine Expert Role
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Exceptional Wine Experiences: As a wine connoisseur, you will be the expert in creating exceptional wine experiences for our guests.
- Maintain In-Depth Knowledge of Global Wine Regions: You will have an extensive knowledge of global wine regions, vintages, varietals, and ideal food and wine pairings.
- Uphold High Service Standards: You will uphold high service standards in every guest interaction, ensuring a refined and personalized experience.
- Collaborate with the Culinary Team: You will collaborate with the culinary team to align wine offerings with seasonal menus and special events.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Required Qualifications:- Hold a 2-Year Degree: You should hold a degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related major.
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience: You should have minimum 2 years' experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant.
- Extensive Knowledge of International Wines: You should have extensive knowledge of international wines, spirits, and beers.
- Certification in Wine Studies: You should have certification in wine studies such as WSET Level 2 as a minimum and/or CMS Certified.
