**Job Overview**

A dynamic and highly skilled wine expert is sought to join our team as a Sommelier. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tending to guests, answering beverage-related questions, creating wine lists, conducting training sessions, and serving guests throughout their food and beverage experience.

To excel in this role, you will possess up-to-date RSA certification, exceptional wine and beverage knowledge, relevant experience, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tend to guests and exceed their expectations
  • Answer beverage-related questions and provide expert advice
  • Create wine lists and maintain respective inventories
  • Conduct training sessions to increase beverage knowledge among team members
  • Serve and connect with guests throughout their food and beverage experience

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date RSA certification
  • Exceptional wine and beverage knowledge
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
