This position involves overseeing the overall direction of our wine strategy, managing the inventory and leading the wine direction, development and strategy. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of beverage services and the wine team, guaranteeing exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Previous experience in a senior role with a proven track record in similar environments is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of front-of-house experience in premium or fine dining settings is required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Diverse international and local wine knowledge is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected.
